Things were better now, better then they had been in years. It was what she always wanted, just Phil and Frankie and her in their house and it was as normal as a life as they could have. The UFC thing was coming up and Azin was more or less coming with to show support and Frankie for the first time her life was going to an actual school and making out healthy relationships for a seven year old. But still it ate away at Azin, how much of these things could have been avoided. By nature Azin was hot headed and after a fight in the locker-room between her and April she wouldn’t let it go, but in away she had lost.
Bright blue eyes drifted shut for a moment as Phil spoke to her, “I know it. I should have when when you though when you finally said something to Hunter and Vince. I would have walked out that door with you.” And in ways Azin had, she’d gotten the phone call from Hunter the morning after the failed wedding asking what had happened. She knew he’d already gotten the story from April. All that was said was that he understood and she received her own release the next day. Azin was sure it was a fill in the blank at that point, not that her career had been a great one in the WWE, everyone who knew her had said she made a mistake but in the end she’d done it for Punk and to keep their family together, that’s why she had signed. “Our line of communication was shot, and I’m not making matters any better by not wanting to talk about anything that happened those six months we were apart.”
He understood where she was coming from, knowing that being who she was, just as stubborn as he was that she'd want to blame herself for most of the things that went on or for not fixing even the simplest of their issues with a cool head. But that was just how things were. Phil honestly didn't even want to think back to it all. He'd had enough talking about it with Scott for a lifetime and with all of the idiotic questions that fans had asked him and still continued to ask, he was overall just done with it all.
"If you'd have walked out with me that day, none of this would have happened. I wouldn't have seen how stupid I was without you. I wouldn't have been driven mad by that psychotic little leech, nothing. We both screwed up here. You for all of this not doing stuff and me for being an idiot and thinking with the wrong head, obviously. But, it's done. And I understand why you chose not to. You were right to do so. Hell, I would've done the same had I been in your position. And let's be honest here, I wasn't exactly the nicest guy to be around, remember?"
