lin’k raises an eyebrow at the stranger, then smiles and chuckles softly as he walks over “you know, usually im the one surprising those of other worlds, not the other way around” he says with a small smile, lin’k wasnt quite certain how he knew the stranger wasnt from pern, he just did, somehow “so what are you doing on pern stranger?” he asks, before adding “ah, i forgot my manners, my name is lin’k, rider of bronze eponath and weyrleader of hyrule weyr. yours?”
“Uh...nice to meet you, Lin’k and Eponath,” he says slowly, still kind of focused on the dragon. “I’m Lea, of...Radiant Garden, I guess. Got it memorized?”
“So this place’s called Pern?” He shakes himself a bit, shrugging. “I like wandering, I guess. Just ended up here at random, but hey. I can already tell this place is pretty interesting.” Because dragons -- he’s sorry, but he’s never seen an actual dragon before, like this close. And not eating him or wanting to. “What’s a weyr?” It’s the first question he thinks to ask, though he’s got about a million.
