A Summary of the oddities within town this week.
Saturday
An attack at the lake was reported. The story is that a family was on the lake with a boat with their child when some creature, humanoid it appears, attacked and attempted to drown the child. The specifics are unclear, but they escaped and made it to the hospital. Since that supposed incident, few people have been on the lake besides this Sea Captain Earl who is almost certainly the one who has been attacking the lake anomalies. The merfolk were completely unaware of the incident with the family. They also had not noticed anything new within the lake with them. They had been fending off attacks for a few days.
Monday.
Bud’s Auto faced damages. Manotaurs and potentially the Abdominal Bro-Man caused destruction to the cars there. Cars have, without a doubt, been damaged though we do not know the full extent.
Tuesday
Käíla found Aunt Nora near the river, paralyzed. Her condition has not changed, and she has not awoken.
The past couple nights there has been lightning coming from the water tower. We recently discovered devices placed there that are the cause for that lightning. There had been an incorrect rumor of a Thunderbird at the location.
There have also been mentions of ghosts and zombies at the graveyard, although it is not the monthly time for zombies to pop up so that is strange.
