━ WHY SOMEONE MIGHT LOVE THEM: actual cinnamon roll!! despite the hardships of his circumstances he not only managed to pull through, he even retained his clear conscience. he empathizes easily with people, very obedient, tries his best and takes things seriously. 

━ WHY SOMEONE MIGHT HATE THEM: he does not shut up on his own. aside from the word vomit, he tends to be a little melodramatic when emotional. he also ruins his own moments because sometimes he can’t read the atmosphere. he’s also very observant, which, while it’s good, can also annoy someone if he decides to call someone out.

━ HOW THEY CHANGE: his entrance to wonderland, but moreso his first encounter with the queen of hearts. that encounter (& onwards) forced him to keep quiet about the atrocities and the hypocrisies of the queen of hearts. also more important is after the alice-fixed holiday where he failed to break his contract: he came to understand that both him and the queen are bound by their own circumstances, and finally made peace with how things are for them.

━ WHY YOU LOVE THEM: 1) too pure 2) seriously though, i’m a sucker for characters who try their damnedest best despite their circumstances. he really gave his best despite initially hating both his boss and the hypocrisy around him. and i really love how jack still has a clean conscience & a great ability to empathize even though he’s in a terrible position already. 3) initially though, i love him bc he’s stoic and quiet and obedient but still there’s a lot of things swirling under him. He empathizes easily and is very observant. 4) ALSO WHAT A DORK

IT’S HC TIME!

Jack is actually pretty prepared. He’d rather go with more things rather than being unprepared with emergency.

Wallet: 

Receipts from ages ago (most of them have doodles on the backside). A lot of them are from takeouts & diners, although some are from bookstores and art shops as well. 

Lots of coins, some paper money

Student ID from his university

Debit card

His own portrait, placed in the transparent section of the wallet

Some cartoon cut-out he randomly cut from a magazine

A list of emergency contacts & address written in a scrap notebook paper

A photo of his ex, stuck behind his photo (he totally forgot that it’s still there)

*He spring-cleans his wallet every 30th of the month. He doesn’t bother with the transparent section of the wallet meant for photos though. He mostly takes care of the receipts.

✄ : Pet Peeve Headcanon

Trying to get him to eat things he’s never had before will probably get you punched. He hates it when someone will try to say, “How do you know you won’t like if you’ve never had it?” Because he can already tell through smell if he would or wouldn’t like it.

He also doesn’t like to leave his comfort zone.

He does actually ☾sometimes right?

☾ : Sleep Headcanon

Zeug is a very light sleeper, which is why he doesn’t get a lot. He’ll jolt awake at small noises and it takes a while for him to even get to sleep. When he finally does sleep, it’s mostly dreamless.

He also tends to snore, but it comes out as buzzing.
