Transit - Sojin & Seunghyun
He can’t exactly remember as to when was the last time he was out and about all by himself. Out in public, on his own accord; during his free time. Free time, day off wasn’t something he was used to. And in those rare occasions Seunghyun would choose to place himself in solitude. Drinking all by himself in his villa would be one of the usual things he would do. Sometimes, he would try and meditate; write down his thoughts and reflections. But most often, he would just sleep. Concerts, traveling, photo shoots and movie shoots doesn’t exactly add up to having adequate time to sleep and rest, so he would take the opportunity to catch on what he’s missed.
But today was exactly different, after spending days in solitude after wrapping up his movie promotions for Commitment; he felt that he needed to get out. At first he was dumbfounded as to where he would go. But it was clear to him that he was consumed by wanderlust.
So he booked a ticket to Japan.
It wasn’t welcomed with a warm response from his manager since Seunghyun still had to notify his company about his vacation plans. He was notified that he could attract unwanted attention and speculation. However, Seunghyun was so persistent about his plans that Papa YG had no choice but to grant him his request.
And now he finds himself going on a trip all by himself.
Seunghyun was enjoying a cigarette inside the car as his manager was dropping him off at the airport, when he was surprised as to the amount of media at the airport. He felt apprehensive at the sight of media; he thought that no one knew about his plans. Even his manager was a bit adamant about the situation. They pulled to a stop far away from the media, and his manager made some calls to see if there was any way out of their predicament.
Seunghyun was waiting anxiously in the car when he hears his manager laugh. He was completely dumbfounded at his manager’s demeanor. Then his manager tells him that the media wasn’t for Seunghyun, it was for another idol group who was going on a trip.
A sigh of relief leaves Seunghyun and he fixes his attire as he jumps out of the car. He still tries to keep a low profile since he knows that there was still a possibility that the attention might turn to him.
He says goodbye and thank you to his manager and finally makes his way inside the airport.
