If Nancy has a crisis in s5 about thinking that Jonathan doesn't love her as much as he loves his family Argyle will come in CLUTCH. Like he just tells Nancy every single thing about herself and she's like "how do you know that" and he's like "you're all he talks about" and she realizes that Jonathan loves her so much and he would rather be miserable without her than risk her being miserable with him because he thinks the world of her.
