there is an ad every 4th post on my dash, sometimes MORE. Multiple times i have had my dash show me an ad, a single post, and then another ad. And that’s not even counting all the other tumblr generated content like “sponsored” posts, “tumblr live”, and “check out these blogs” All together there are times when only 4 out of 10 posts i scroll past are user generated content
I understand tumblr has to make money to function, but if less than half of my dash is actual posts by real people it’s going to drive me away from the site
not to mention most of the ads rn are the one of emma watson with photoshopped boobs offering to show me hot pics of celebrity women, like, why am i reporting porn bots to you if you’re just going to flood my dash with that shit?
