mona had just finished her last case before her long awaited break. break meaning a weekend without a call from the office with another tragic reason to hop on the jet and speed off to another state. her work was filled with despair, a wash in negativity, but she never let that affect her. she was the number one fbi agent in the region and had the determined mindset to keep it that way. after finishing up a few pages of her new book on yet another infamous case, she packed up her things and set for the door. once she opened it, she jumped in her own skin as she saw someone standing in front of her. “whoa- you scared me!” she yelled with a stern look on her face.
