Jane helped us set up the lighting studio and briarna took photographs of all the samples of our work together.
went to the space with Simon today as a group and tested a couple more things out. We were trying to use the table with Emerita’s work rather than having the trouble of taking the table out just for one night.
- Lauren’s gelatines require dark space and need to make a table or something lower for the distance between the light and the gelatine works to be less
- Need to figure out Sarah’s feet placement and ways to secure them
Tested out Lauren’s gelatine works with plaster to see what happens- the plaster heats in the process of curing and melts the gelatine, only leaving a trace of its form.
