Fan art for @rocksandrobots fanfic. This isn't a scene in the story, but I like the idea of Professor Granville telling off King Frederick. As well as her being ready to protect Varian from him.
In case you can't read my hand writing, the speech bubble says "Varian is one of my students now! And I will not let you come anywhere near him! You've hurt this brilliant child enough already! Now get the hell out of my school!"
Sorry about the lighting and some of the mistakes.
But for the most part, I think it turned out pretty good.
