Susan & Ron || France!
Graduation had been...well...exactly what Susan had expected it to be; an event. It felt like everyone was there, moreso because of the fact that most of the students that had fought valiantly in the war had been the ones that were now graduating. It was deemed as one of the biggest ceremonies Hogwarts had ever seen, and Susan was more than just a little proud to be up there with them all. As she watched her friends, enemies, aqaintences, and everything in between all graduate around her, Susan could only focus on one thing and one thing only; her dad in the audience watching her. He clapped and hooped and hollered louder than anyone when she went up and did all the stuff that people did at a graduation, and by the time that she was down, Susan was almost in tears. Not because she was sad to leave, because there was a lot of her that was quite happy to be leaving, but mostly because her dad was actually there, just as he had always promised he'd be. It was better than any present that she could have possibly got, aside from the soon-to-be trip with Ron that he had promised her, which she was more than looking forward to.
After everything was finished; the parties had died down, everyone stopped crying, and her dad stopped giving her hugs every couple minutes, Susan slipped away for a moment to pack her things. She said her goodbyes to Fred, which was hard because she knew she'd miss him and she hoped he'd miss her as well, but was once again rushed with the excitement of her trip. When she finally found Ron and grabbed his arm, pulling him away from the people that were talking to him about things that Susan didn't really care about because they were going to France, Susan jumped up and down excitedly. "Come on! We said right after grad! No time to dilly daddle with..." Susan looked around him and made a face. "Them." she smirked back at him.
After a bunch of packing and travelling and stuff and things, Susan and Ron were finally in France, sitting in their little hotel room, getting ready to start the day. "Also, we're not telling Fred we're sharing a room, just so you know." Susan had told him with a laugh. It was cheaper though, so she hoped he understood that.
She got settled and organized as best as she could, but her excitement and nerves were soon getting the best of her. "We have to do stuff now!" Susan laughed, tugging at his arm. "Come oooooon!" She continued to laugh. "You're ruining my birthday! Get out of bed!" she laughed, jumping on his back.
