      ❛  so  . . .  this  was  not  expected  at  all  .  ❜   hajoon  bitterly  sipped  his  cocktail  ,  lips  pressing  in  a  hard  line  as  he  smacked  his  teeth  .  when  offered  to  be  set  up  on  a  date  with  his  friend’s  friend  ,  he  truly  thought  that  things  were  going  to  be  pretty  cordial  .  a  nice  night  out  with  a  random  someone  .  it  would  be  crazy  to  not  do  it  .  even  more  so  when  they  pulled  that  stupid  puppy  dog  face  out  .  when  he  went  to  meet  up  with  them  ,  he  wasn’t  expected  an  all  too familiar  face  to  be  standing  in  front  of  him  .  since  they  did  break  up  a  year  or  two  ago  .  ❛  whatta  hell  of  a  reunion  ,  huh  ??  ❜

                 a curl at his lips, a furrow in his brow. arms are crossed & eyes have no where to view, save for the thoughts that create their own whirling storm within his mind. there is something he doesn’t understand, something he doesn’t quite grasp. it is supposed that when you bear a question, it should be voiced, asked, & yet there’s some tinge of embarrassment that would become him, were he to give in to such humble approach. however humble he may be, there is still pride in even his lacking of knowledge. the school’s shift of atmosphere has certainly put him on edge. strangers, conversations, activities -- the only familiarity he knew was the timeliness of scheduled events & classes.
