lmaooo bucky in the back havin’ pastrami , tbh. the respect in that scene is so superficial like , i’m sorry but. the mcu spent a long ass time breaking down characters & misrepresenting their interpersonal relationships to the point that there were no functional interpersonal relationships. it was literally one of the ( many ) fundamental problems w. civil war ?? the cinematic ‘verse stripped away any context to relationships , or any implication that anybody was more than a work acquaintance , and especially in regards to tony because they worked hard to make tony the lynchpin for every terrible plot choice. we get these little movie montages that are supposed to loosely convince us that there was any kind of genuine friendship or camaraderie there and it makes absolutely all of it come off as a veneer. n then the mcu is really out here like Ah , Look At All This Respect™ , they really Admired Him™ , it’s like. there’s nothing genuine about it bc y’all spent a long ass time making sure nobody in these movies like eachother.

hey gross question but like u know how. the thing with the super soldier serum isn’t that it makes you invulnerable , but your rate of healing is expedited relative to the severity of injury right ? so...............................if like. steve got a bug bite.....would the bugs have time to like. pull off and leave ?? does.....does he ever get like mosquitos  or some shit like.................stuck in him lmao
