"I’ve heard rumors you were creepy but this is just a little over the top.”
❝ Does that mean I make you uncomfortable? ❞

There once again she'd left a terrible mess, hidden in the darkness of the city's alleys. There were little drops of blood on her white shirt, one of her hands was completely covered. Yet she'd just smear it off on her black pair of pants, she couldn't be bothered with it anyways. Just a couple of punks, sticking their little noses too deep in things where it didn't belong. And just like you'd expect it to be, Bloody Mary was the one to take care of it, like her boss wanted her to. But she didn't care, she's having fun. And that's what made it worth it. A cool breeze stroke the fables skin, working at night was something Mary always preferred to do, especially during the summer. But even someone like her could use a little break sometime, and a soft, satisfied huff left her lips. The person approaching her, she had noticed long ago. Not a face she was used to, or, wanted to be used to for that matter.
❝ Oh, it's you. Well Isn't that great ... Out for dinner, Greny? ❞

❝ — So what exactly are you offerin’? ❞
[narrowing her eyes and knitting her brows together, the girl is oddly touched by the tenderness in the other’s voice; something she had most likely never heard before.]
❝ You wanna mock me? I don’t care. If you wanna aid me, that’d be a different story, though. ❞
❝ Nah ... I guess y' had enough for the day. And I gotta save the good comment's for the next time, right? ❞
She was used to that by now, yet felt concerned of the others still well-intact disturbance of letting the female touch her. Right now, it was pretty annoying, given the bruise that covered most of Nerissa's fragile foot.
❝ Seriously, y' know I won't rip it off. Let me at least have a look at it. ❞

❝ Sooo you're like, a magician right? Y' got any books you don't need anymore or ... whatever? ❞
Magic and spells was one of the little passions she had, and especially reading about them she loved. And these days, well. You don't meet a lot of wizards anymore. So she would take her chances any time.

Jersey rolled his eyes, giving the other a forced, exaggerated smile from the other side of the window. ”Usin’ the front door like a normal fuckin’ human being now, are we?” He spat, nevertheless unlocking and opening the door for the other fable. The cryptid extended his free hand, motioning her into the room. ”Here to repossess somethin’ you dropped off?”
❝ Yeah, somethin' like that. ❞
Entering the front door, she frankly did not care about his little cranky attitude. She didn't plan to stay for too long anyways, as there was still a job she had to fulfill this night, like every other. Amber eyes wandered through the room for a bit before she'd finally turn her head to the glamoured fable with the ginger hair.

❝ Listen, I ain’t got any business with The Crooked Man anymore. So you can fuck right off and go on your way. I just want some god damn peace ’n quiet, alright? ❞
❝ --- Aw, that's not nice. And I was just thinkin' out loud here. Guess that's what happens if y' shove your manners up your ass, huh? ❞
