That reply was something he didn’t expect, nor did he really appreciate, but he merely kept his mouth shut as he crossed both arms over his chest, staring at the girl with a somewhat tired look. Dark bags were evident on his slightly pale skin, and he looked sicker than usual, with his lips chapped and azure eyes dimmed to the point that they almost appeared to be dark blue— nothing similar to the usual bright, blue optics that people typically saw when they first met him. Cheeks were tinged pink and beads of sweat rolled down his face, heat accumulating around the nape of his neck, chest and forehead. It was difficult to concentrate as he watched silently, but he managed to concentrate on what she was attempting to do. He had asked for a panda, but he wasn’t entirely sure he was going to receive one, or at least one that remotely looked like those huge, fluffy animals.”Are you….sure you can do this?”He asked, voice strained with the exhaustion that wore down his body.
I'm sure. {` she could feel his gaze on her and though it added a bit of pressure she was never one to crack under those circumstances. she had a certain baseless confidence in new things that some saw as a charm whereas others saw it as reckless. when he'd asked for the coffee initially, she immediately noted the dark bags and almost sickly pallor of his skin. perhaps because in her field she was to always be aware of her looks she'd taken notice or perhaps it was a bit of concern for the man. she'd chalked it up to a bit of both. either he needed to visit a hospital or he seriously needed this cup of coffee. reaching her hand up to softly tuck the wisps of hair that tickled her forehead back behind her ear, she concentrated as completely as she could, her hazel brown eyes fixated on the trail the sweet smelling vanilla creamer left in it's path. it had begun to spread over the surface, forming a shape similar to that almost of a snowman but she persevered for what seemed like several long minutes though it couldn't have been much more than a minute or two. the end result was panda-ish and could be recognized as a panda but it wasn't anywhere near perfect. chuckling softly, she set the creamer pitcher down and offered a tiny apologetic smile at him. } It's...close. {` her smile then faltered softly, her now free hands seizing her own vanilla mocha latte, concern filling her eyes. } However, are you okay? You look rather...sickly. {` her blunt way of speaking made an appearance as usual though she meant no offense by it. }
