“Shh now, no need for tears! No one should cry on their birthday.” It didn’t seem like the other children wanted to play with this little one. They’d all ran ahead and left her behind when the main show started. Now it was just the two of them in Kid’s Cove. She didn’t understand why this poor girl was being left out of her own festivities! Weren’t those other kids supposed to be her friends? “Tell me, how can I make it better? Do you want pizza? A present? Maybe... a hug?” The fox lowered her head to be at the girl’s level, placing one of their hands gently on her lap.
