Kiwi. Kiwi I think there's something to say about Nom immediately calling Katie's 'the Brave' title a lie upon hearing it for the first time. And about how the first time we see Katie she's throwing sand at her own shadow in the sewers. And about how the sand itself was implemented as a tool for Katie to be able to avoid direct confrontation in a fight. Am I onto something here?

I might have gone down a minor rabbit hole- (I finished reading Project Hail Mary, didn't think too much about it, but tumblr somehow knew. Haven't watched the movie.)

-and maybe I should be asleep, but... (Spoilers ahead, I guess.)

PHM and Bannerfall crossover, but my brain tells me that Nom is Grace and Owain is Rocky? Yes?

I'm somehow equating Nom refusing to follow orders when meeting 4C to Grace, trying to run away from the mission. Nom is not a teacher, though- Can't think of another job, yet. Then I go... yeah, Owain is a somewhat sassy, smart, and determined rock alien who lost his crew(cough)family(cough) and is doing everything he can to protect his home...(I'm not one to ship, so Kitty is platonically Adrian...?)

Eh- Maybe I am just crazy.

Anyone do fan art of KatieGoBrr struggling to bash Owain's door down? I can just picture it so clearly in my head, the little divots in the dirt as she struggles for, like, several minutes there. The feather getting crimped and crumpled as she does her very best!
