𝐄𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐍. Sleipnir is the Eikon belonging to Odin, granting his Dominant the ability to prime and summon the dark blades of the Warden's arsenal. His essence was poured into Barnabas' horse, allowing Sleipnir to aid his Dominant in the shape of an egi.
𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑. Sleipnir is capable of shapeshifting from his true form into that of a man or into his eikon form, that is a black steed with six legs. His body as a man is fully functional and can bleed, which proves as a hassle for Sleipnir, who is not necessarily used to this body.
𝐆𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐑. He can summon the famous spear Gungnir, which is a blade made out of darkness itself.
𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐂 𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐃. Due to the bond between Eikon and Dominant, Sleipnir can communicate with him subconsciously. Furthermore, he feels the king's emotions as his own. While Barnabas' emotions are subdued, Sleipnir feels them in full force.
Legends have that Odin is chosen by the spectral steed Sleipnir, when a new Odin slaughters the previous one. Loyal to his supposed master, Sleipnir will follow him wherever he goes—even if it means until the end of everything. The current iteration of Sleipnir was created a handful of years after Barnabas waked Odin and poured the spectral steed's essence into one of the many stallions that roamed the wild parts of Ash. He caught the stallion and subdued him, broke his spirit and made him bathe his homeland in blood for his conquest. The break between the horse's twisted soul and the Eikon's nature created a strange case in Sleipnir's feelings about his Dominant: Although he loves him as many pets love their masters, Sleipnir's other part feels bitter about his stolen life and finds himself hating and loving Barnabas in equal parts. More than once has he tried to take his life in order to free himself—leaving a deep scar on Barnabas' chest. When Cid left Waloed, Sleipnir stepped in as Lord Commander against his will and took the shape of a man. Despite his new duties, Sleipnir prefers his true form, however, and can often be seen on the fields around Stonehyrr, grazing and running around. While he is quite a friendly horse, his anger and dislike for humanity shines through his humanoid form.
