The girl in question was already a few blocks away, but Yukito was determined to catch up despite Yue’s concerns over overexerting himself when their magic had been quite off without their master anywhere near for a while.

Though out of breath, Yukito had caught up to her, holding the lost item out with a smile.  ❝ A kind shopkeeper saw you drop this. I was nearby and it seemed important.. so I offered to deliver it.❞
