The two survivors were tucked neatly behind a shrub, attempting to come up with a plan to get inside a certain building, the only problem being it was swarming with walkers.. The reason they were even bothering to check it out was because the building itself appeared to be untouched by humans, the undead were probably keeping everyone away, and it proved to be a perfect opportunity to get good supplies. If they were to get in, get supplies, and get out, Shane and Glenn would need to use their heads.
“You got my back right? If we’re gonna do this, we gotta work together.. Otherwise we’ll be screwed–”
As if on cue,
”I will follow you into hell if you ask me to.”
The words that escaped his friend’s mouth were surprisingly sincere, it actually caught Glenn off guard.. In a way he almost felt accomplished, Shane was often the type of person to follow his own rules, but, he decided not to address it, considering they had bigger fish to fry.
“Alright.. Good.. So, there’s a fire escape on the left side of the building, if we use the cover of these shrubs, we can probably get close enough to sprint to the ladder without attracting too much attention.. I’m not sure what to expect on the inside though.. Let’s just hope there’s not too many, otherwise we could get cornered.”
