(( I have been thinking a lot about Infinite’s past lately. Part of it has to do with the psychological factor as well as his up-bringing. What makes a truly, horrible individual, horrible? Do they need justification for their actions? Did they have to grow up in awful conditions to become the way they are? Or is it more terrifying and ominous if it has been something embedded in their brain throughout their entire life?That there is no rhyme nor reason to their methods, but their methods remain cruel and immoral nonetheless.  Along with that, I also thought about where, specifically, he came from. He has an entire squad full of jackals-creatively called the Jackal Squad-while he was dubbed the ultimate mercenary. He must have had family and he must have lived somewhere before all of this happened. Considering the squad of jackals all look very similar, I would like to think that its some kind of small society comprised of jackals. Or, the society itself at least, is inhabited by many jackals. I don’t believe they are all related, they just all came from or around the same place. If Infinite helped take over 99% of the world for the Eggman Empire, I would also like to think that he may have encountered this population again. Before I sat down and thought about it, I asked myself, “Wow, encountering his family and friends again during this time of takeover? I wonder if he would hesitate to hurt them?” but after thinking about it further, it’s just not feasible that he would even think twice about it. That wasn’t even up for debate. If Infinite doesn’t care about his own well-being and was willing to destroy literally everything in existence without question, why would he even think twice about destroying everyone he used to know? Perhaps they wouldn’t recognize him from under his mask, but he would recognize them. And he wouldn’t care. They would conform, or they would crumble. ))

【 The fabrications crafted by the designs of his twisted mind were nothing compared to the destruction savaged into existence and physically terrorizing a world now devoid of innocence. A chaotic reality painted upon his crimson canvas, distorting visage and sound alike. Infinite could hear their savory screams resound in his ears, alighting delightful fire to burn through his veins like coals fed to a furnace. He took great pleasure in watching Metropolis’ buildings topple one-by-one like a row of dominoes. A lazy glow on the hidden side of his mask bled a deep red as he lolled his head off to the side from the unmistakable presence that he felt linger just outside of minds eye. However, it was not who he had expected. Although most things that  comprised the Empire’s army forces were crafted through his own visions, he had no telling of where they were after being conceived. Metal Sonic was far overdue for a report, but instead of the steel-clad killing machine standing behind him, he was delighted to see a fallen foe in its stead. Previously fallen. How unfortunate that his legs had not been BROKEN prior to prevent him from standing once more. Risen up from whatever filthy sewer he had been thrown into, AND SOON, left to rot in once more. That vile hedgehog who defeated him for what seemed like lifetimes ago may have forgotten his name, but Infinite would never forget the face of one of his favorite PLAYTHINGS. Porcelain fur shown brightly in paling light, catching his eye. What great, painstaking  P L E A S U R E  he would take in stripping the rebellious hedgehog of each and every quill he bore. Where dogteeth could carve him out from the inside and worry what remains beyond repair. He would lavish in the hellish screams of agonizing and choked pain, lifeblood seeping to sully such a pretty coat.      “You think yourself a HERO?      Then you will DIE like one,      they B R E A K just the same      a s         a n y         o t h e r .      Resilience will only make      TEARING YOU APART      t h a t    m u c h    m o r e      I N  T O  X I  C A  T I  N G . ”   】
