A plant? That’s the cause of all this? Could he be referring to Flowey? Or at least, the one from this timeline? He wanted to inquire further, but then the white blotches completely covered Humerus’ face, and he stopped moving.

Now Sans was on the verge of panicking. He screwed up, didn’t he? He should’ve listened to Humerus. He was always right. His first thought was to run away, but another thought stopped him.

What would happen if he just left Humerus as he was now? Would he stay like this forever? And it would be his fault. In that case, screwing up and doing nothing to try and fix it was far worse.

The atmosphere was eerie. He’d better wake up the souls if only to prepare for things to take a turn for the worse. No changing, yet.

He remained in place. Not moving towards Humerus, but not backing away, either.
