Vex gave a short smile before he cupped his hands and blew into them, making a whistling sound by doing so. As he whistled, the wind started to pick up and a few clouds appeared in the sky to cover up the blistering hot sun, making it a little less hotter outside.

Vex wasn’t the type of person to be discreet about anything, his dragon form, burping, showing off his powers, anything. Today just so happened to be one of those days where he didn’t agree with the weather, it was way too hot for him and not windy enough.
