«Hmm. Perhaps the bravest thing I ever did was agree to enroll in ballet from a young age. I was a bit… headstrong, is the word! When I got older, I auditioned for the leading roles in Swan Lake… My instructor couldn’t decide whether to place me in Odette or Odile, it was one of my favorite ballets when I was learning to dance. Et alors, I ended up with Odette. Sometimes I would have to sub for Odile when we didn’t have one. »
