Adrian was glad he was off work today. Usually when he had a day off, he’d spend it trying to stop crime but he thought in light of recent events, he could use this time to pay his friend a visit. His friends place was raided by cops, after all.

Adrian definitely thought the whole situation was an absolute rush and it was cool after it happened. He’d gotten in his car, going over the events In his head as he made his way to the trailer. Some ABBA was playing loudly on his car speakers as he rolled up, parking a little bit to the side in case they needed a quick get away or something. It was something he was trying to do more. Though last time he did ride an Uber over to his friends place…

As he shut the car off and got out, he tried to be as quiet as possible. He wanted to surprise his bestie!! The fact that the door was almost nonexistent made it even easier. With small steps, he crept through the door gracefully. Well, almost gracefully. He ended up tripping over a book with a loud thud. “Hey!! I totally meant to do that!”

laying on the floor of the other’s room, her arms and legs were spread out as if she was auditioning as a starfish in the schools play. her eyes stared at the ceiling fan, trying to follow one of the blades as it spun around before suddenly turning her head to look over at syd. “what about a red and mustard yellow wedding theme? sponsored by ronald mcdonald himself. instead of bridesmaid dresses, they all dress up as grimace. and maybe instead of a ring bearer, it’s the hamburglar and he runs off with the rings because the rings are actually big macs...” trailing off, georgie rolls onto her stomach and rests her head on the palm of her hands, “if we are going to get married, we need to start taking this seriously. i am starting to think i am the only one excited about this,” she huffed, pouting like an overgrown child. // @syd-belcourt​

his breathing was heavy as he had just finished a set of deadlifts, but it didn’t take long for it to steady back out. his gaze had been back and forth from her back to the wall across from him for the past few minutes now. pulling an airpod out so he could monitor how loud he was, roman moved to sit down on the bench before speaking up. “how is this helping you?” he asked, eyebrow raised as he spoke to make his words sound more judgy than maybe they had seemed before. // @charlee-scott​

Fate was against Nina by giving her these frankly insultingly useless bow and arrows, but the arrows themselves... There is no way anyone can see her with these. Gods, how embarrassing. Not only did she get cursed with such useless weapons but they were also like... that.

She shot another arrow at a poorly drawn portrait of her father she had scribbled in rock on the wall in front of her, the flimsy item bouncing off the brick and flying to the ground. She doesn't know whether to be excited that the mocking inscriptions seem to hint her father is here, or annoyed. Probably both. It was kind of creepy that they know about her dad in the first place, Gods. This is the worst.

"Ugh. 'I wuv my dad' my foot...!" Another arrow bounces uselessly off the wall, flying out of sight.

To broaden his knowledge on being an artist, he was assigned to follow the said idol female for the day. To write down what she spent her day doing, to get some more information on how to go about certain situations and to pick up some habits he may possibly need to go about for himself as well. Since the day had started-- roughly two hours ago, the male he had already been struggling to communicate with her. As a foreigner, he still struggled to speak Korean though he knew as much as the basics, it clearly wasn’t enough for a day like this. ‘Have you recorded many songs, you don’t seem nervous.’ He spoke, clearly referring towards her casual behavior during her studio session to recording a new song.

Adrian had a hard time picking up on certain things, and Chris’s emotions were definitely one of them. Even though anyone else would probably be able to tell right away.

There was a small smile on his face as Chris threw the object on the ground, his eyebrows furrowing in confusion before the man started to yell. His eyes widened more with each word that left Chris’s mouth, heart actually almost sinking at the tone of his voice. Of course he knew it was a big deal and the amount of stress that was on Chris was probably horrible. “Okay- so you are tense!” He clapped his hands together. “Listen dude, since I’m here I could help you look? Or, maybe we could talk about it?”

He spoke with a small shrug, eyes continuing to scan over the mess. He’d do anything for Chris, really. As much as Chris denied it, they were totally friends. And friends always have eachothers backs, especially through the rough times. “It’s not good to be alone- when you’re in this mindset, I mean.”

she cursed her stomach everytime it seemed to fill with butterflies at the sight of him still. well, they were butterflies when they were together. now? it was like millions of fire ants river dancing all over her organs to the song the devil went down to georgia. every time she saw him across campus, it felt as though the guilt of what she had done was going to eat her alive and even though it had seemed to diminish slightly, it was still very much there. even now. even as she walked over to the table he had been sitting at and placed her hands palm down on the wooden surface. the sound of her hands would hopefully be enough to get his attention without having to use her words because god knows she was at a loss of them right now.

silence seemed to be eating her alive now instead of the guilt. chocolate irises met his own much lighter hues and there went those damn fire ants again. one would think they would get tired, but atlas, they were just as energized as ever.

“you seem taller,” she started, “maybe i’m shrinking.” her eyes didn’t stray from his, as if stuck to his like feet to wet concrete. “it’s crazy how i haven’t seen you around. it’s like one day you just,” she cut her words short, instead mimicking an explosion noise with her mouth, hand motions adding a bit of dramatic effect. “hi. please say something before i choke on my own tongue,” she seemed desperate. almost as if she regretted even approaching him to begin with. which, well... wasn’t a complete lie. // @domfm​
