“Ah---- where?!” Just in time, hazel eyes darted towards the direction Totsuka was pointing at, managing to catch sight of the fast moving light right before it faded into darkness. They must have been incredibly lucky to see a shooting star when they were having a barbecue with their clan on a rooftop, their eyes definitely not always on the sky.
“Did you make a wish?” That was a late afterthought, since Yata just remembered that this was a thing. Needless to say, he did not make one, totally having forgotten about it since his mind had been too focused on actually spotting the shooting star. || @fieryvanguard
Pointing towards it actually he been something Tatara had already done once he had spotted said shooting star, eyes rather fascinated following the light through the nights sky. It had been a lot of luck that he had looked up that moment, mostly because he had spotted one of those right lights at another rooftop and had wondered if that air ship was around again. He hadn’t spotted the ship, but the shooting star was definitely more worth it anyways.
There was a content smile on his face, before he closed his eyes for a moment and turned around to face Yata again. “I did.” he replied eventually, nodding while doing so. He had wished to be able to stay with his friends a bit longer. But he wouldn’t voice that wish out aloud. Not only that it would risk his wish becoming true... he also didn’t want the others to worry about him more than they were doing already anyways.
