"yeah?" she paused, taking a brief moment to mull it over. well, it really didn't take long at all when she nodded and added, "yeah, let's do it." robin wanted to be alone with claire anyways and there was no way she could bring her back to her place. her roommate was home and probably going to be home all night anyways. plus the kind of things she had in mind that were to go on with claire required certain levels of privacy. ones that couldn't be interrupted by her roommate barging into her bedroom for a last minute favor.

robin had finished work and finally got some space to herself, not in front of a microphone, where she could look at her phone. so she pulled it out of her pocket and went through her text notifications. first she sent a couple replies back to steve and then to another friend of hers. she nearly dropped her phone when she got the thread from claire. instead of dropping it though, she burst into a small fit of nervous laughter. her first time receiving a nude picture and sure she thought claire was beautiful, but goodness. it made her nervous and she felt thankful nobody else was around to see the nude or her freaky attitude.

the maybe yes and maybe not thoughts plagued robin's mind when she found herself next to claire. maybe she could say she thought claire was hot. maybe she could just pretend nothing was going on. robin's nerves got the better of her as her fell back to her side and she laughed a little. "sorry, i have some crazy goosebumps going on," she laughed once more as she shook her head. maybe not the best excuse, but she tried her best.

robin tilted her head a little and scoffed. however, after a few seconds she couldn't help but laugh. really she couldn't resist bringing it up, like a golden opportunity. "really, it's like an unfortunate pattern for you steve. but would you be laughing and not letting me live it down if the roles were reversed?" one of her brows out of curiosity. valid question in her mind at least. she felt certain he probably would anyways.
