When she stirs, he won't admit that he'd been nearly half asleep himself. Thor had sat there so long with her leaning on him that his arm was also on its way to falling off. Hell, he wouldn't have it any other way. Finally, she was able to get some kind of rest even if it might mean that her neck will surely pay for it later with how she conked out on him. He smiles as he leans his head back against the couch. "Wasn't going anywhere anyway." Maybe he's hinting at the fact that she still doesn't have to by how he props his feet up on the table in front of him and slouches back into the couch a little more. "I think we could all use a little more rest once and awhile."

what he hadn't expected , however , was meeting EVIE . he extra especially did not expect meeting her to lead him to an archaeological dig in the jungles of costa rica , a perfect mix of the historical and the supernatural .

The contents are too thick to splash, but some manages to splatter, both on Laurel's tank top and Sharky's hoodie. "Damn, Boshaw." Two words, spoken with twice the number of syllables required. "I found a betty box of brownies in the basement at the Spread Eagle. Casey told me to grab them since they were almost outta date."

Laurel's house - now a camper behind the burnt husk of her previous home - smells much better than Sharky's. She's told him that, too, a few times. It's better to hang at her place - and besides, it's next to the bar! Her tongue stretches to try and get the batter off her cheek. "Can't even get decent edible in town with the Seed's rolling in. Those fucking guys.."
