a [placeholder]) depression holder. really wants to give up. if you give him a chance to give up he will ask ‘is anyone gonna take that’ and not even wait for an answer. he deals with their trauma too. definitely quick to fawn. probably deerkin. spends a significant amount of time lying face down in bed but whenever he’s feeling up to it he likes to frolic outside. he can banter, it’s pretty deadpan- usually takes the form of ‘are you sure about that?’ or ‘yeah, of course. that makes sense’ (it does not make sense).

b [placeholder]) protector. all of them are quick to anger, but he’s quick to act on it. he cares about mind and soul a lot but he cares about his system more. as a part of this he’s the one to make sure they eat and shower and suchlike. whenever he can, at least. he’s not immune to Feeling Bad but he tries. listens to music, mostly. he’s the main one to banter/joke around, especially outofsys - they call him the ‘sense of humor’ holder. also he’s the only one of them who actually cares about how they look. sometimes he fronts just to pick an outfit cause why not. (being the Shower Guy is also part of this)

c [placeholder]) he’s not necessarily the Hope Holder as in it’s not an Inherent Trait of his. he sees it more as his job. cause he doesn’t want them to die. cause he wants to live! he sees it as like being a protector, in a way, just mentally. he writes song lyrics and suchlike. as a coping mechanism but also he’s literally having fun. he thinks the truth is very important. he will just say whatever even if it’s vulnerable. especially because it’s vulnerable. he wants to believe that his vulnerability won’t always be used against him. the other two understand his point of view but. a is just So So Tired. he’ll take what he needs to take but he wants it to Stop. and he recognizes what c’s trying to do but sometimes he Does Not Care. sometimes it feels like c just wants to hurt him. b understands his opinion logically but also if he thinks they’re in a lot of danger he’ll stop whatever he wants to do regardless. c, too, understands how they feel about this, but he won’t let it stop him. they’ve totally gotten into horrid arguments about this btw

they can all get angry about Anything but here are the things that bother them the most

a - whenever someone (usually mind) insinuates that his/their emotions/behavior are a Choice that he should be able to fix

b - whenever someone hurts them or does something that triggers one of them

c - whenever someone takes advantage of his vulnerability / refuses to consider being vulnerable in return

considering 2 asking probably-heart to call him by A Name . either he backtracks immediately or next time he fronts or whenever somebody else fronts they ask heart to Not call them that with an extremely vague reasoning of ‘i rethought it’ (and they probably have Words to say to him)
