i’ve answered this here bUT BECAUSE THIS IS JONGIN it would most likely go different for him- in the sense that yoongi would probably have to be either really weak or really sad to ask jongin to stay over, because he’s trying hard to push him away but he just can’t so it results in yoongi making himself miserable and just texting jongin a quick “can you please come over” and that’s how jongin would know yoongi doesn’t want to be alone for the night.

i know this is meant to be flirty but this is yoongi and he turns everything emo so i hope ur sad

night!!! he’s a night owl and he just prefers the quiet of the night, especially when he’s working on projects or studying or even just wasting time away on the internet. yoongi’s productivity is at its highest peak during the night so it’s not unusual for him to go to bed at really late hours (4-5am), even with morning classes.

this is a tricky one because yoongi is honestly never happy about the weather- he loves it when it’s raining outside because the sound helps him study, but he also really Really hates cold so he’d have to be warm and comfortable in his bedroom to be content. he only likes rainy weather if he’s indoors tho!!! if he’s outside, then sunny would be nice as long as it’s not too hot, either.

loud neighbours!!! that’s easily the answer tbh he hates noise so so much, so anything from listening to loud music or talking loudly on the phone or stomping their feet while walking (if the neighbour is upstairs) will make yoongi’s blood boil. also definitely the nosy type of neighbour, who just really wants to know everything about your life all the time and won’t rest until they get their Weekly Gossip Report of the entire apartment.

though, yoongi is far too peaceful to actuall deal with it, so he’ll just endure it. headphones and a lot of inward cursing at the neighbour is how he’ll handle the loud one, and simply giving short, hurried replies is how he’ll ditch the chatty one.

yoongi is actually a great cook!!! it might come as a surprise to any that have only met him now because his motivation to cook has definitely dropped and he hardly cooks anything fancy for himself anymore, but yoongi used to be a very, very good cook and he enjoyed cooking and learning new recipes very much. he’d often cook meals for his sister too, or even for the whole family, and it was just something that gave him pride and joy. sadly, ever since his sister’s death, his motivation dropped and he just doesn’t find as much joy in it anymore - or at least he hasn’t tried it seriously again. which means someone should force him to cook so he remembers how much he likes it!!!!

he also really liked baking, but savory dishes are his favourite to do.

yoongi would be pretty straightforward about it, mostly out of embarrassment than anything else. he’d probably just invite you over first and foremost, wait until it’s late, and when you mention you have to leave, he’ll wait a moment in thought and quietly ask “stay”. simple as that; if you refuse, he won’t insist. but if you stay, it will probably mean more to him than you’d think.

i’m assuming kitchen cabinets right anyway not very much, honestly. his cabinets are rather empty and you really just find the essentials there; rice, pasta, tons of tea, some instant coffee, maybe a cup noodle or two. he doesn’t really cook much since he moved out of his parents’ house and he only remembers to go grocery shopping once in a full moon, so if you enjoy searching your friends’ cabinets for snacks, yoongi might be a big disappointment on that.

honestly, yoongi is pretty predictable and boring. a typical tuesday night will most likely be spent studying or messing around with his laptop. either lying on his couch or bed, he’s most likely to game his night away once he’s done revising for uni. that is, if he’s not chasing some card or monster instead, of course.
