Hes a massive jerk, man :(

He doesn't pull any punches with his words ever. He'll say exactly what hes thinking regardless of the recipient's feelings. Its not that he doesnt understand the kind of damage he can do with words alone, he simply doesnt care. If he has to knock you down a peg, with his hands or his words, he'll do it.

He only cares about money and power, tbh. There's no complicated reason or trauma behind it. He's simply a product of his environment and he'll tell you as much.

He runs his gang much like a shogun would run his territory. Phantom respects and follows him out of fear and respect. There's been many attempts on his life and that shows in the various scars that litter his body. His tenacious attitude has struck fear in the hearts of many rival gang leaders because he just wont die.

He's bribed the local authorities into allowing him to do whatever he wants so long as he doesn't involve any civilians. They, like the many other street gangs he's run out of town, would rather take a bribe than end up in a body bag.

Other than bribing, he will not rely on cheap tactics like cheating, assassination or sneak attacks to rule his turf. For a criminal, he's surprisingly strict about the honor code.

He absolutely will never lay a hand on children, women or the elderly. In fact, he will often offer protection for civilians in his territory. Phantom is under very strict orders to never harm civilians.
