Let us go with Reginald falling near where the holding area for prisoners were, he remembers everything (like Ellie does) and he is on a hard mode Ghost Inmate path because Ellie is still following her hard mode path. How does the overdramatic twink get out of here?

Reginald gets through the vents and lands where Isaac and Heath are at, where normally the whoopee cushion would be the right choice, because Reginald isn't Henry, Reg would go for pickpocketing a few of Isaac's items and placing the loot on Heath. Reginald slips past when the two start arguing.

I think that one office area would be next, so Reginald would carefully sneak around untill he got to the office doors and get to the elevator.

Reginald would use the rope here, but not to bungee jump but to help him down to the room with the pipe and vent.

Reginald would let out a sigh and runs like hell on the pipe, arms flailing like in ItA and slides into the vent before the pipe falls.

Reginald would be alot more successful with the box here since at this point, full on chaos is going on. Reginald gets on the dinghy and drives off, knowing of a nearby small town that he could get help at and be reunited with his two idiots (because Right shares as many brain cells as Charles does, he is just better at hiding it)

The AU can't quite go on for now without knowing what is going to happen story wise, so things would be paused here.
