When Kaiba created the initial roster, schedule, agenda, he was encourage to allow events to happen at the Academy and not solely be focused on only the history of the game, dueling, deck building, and the like. He was in the office of the academy as an alert popped up reminding him of an event in the main dining hall. Finishing up his reports for the day, he did decide to walk by the space. Not enter it of course but he lingered in the doorframe for a moment too long.
Long enough to have gotten caught by Jun Manjome of all people.
He shifted his weight as he folded his arms across the suit jacket he was wearing today. "I am not one for 'parties'. This is a networking event and I am just assessing the things are running smoothly."

Kaiba pinched the bridge of his nose, already regretting the second Jounouchi stepped foot into his penthouse. "Just because my place is about twenty times bigger than yours doesn't give you the right to make yourself immediately at home." A storm suddenly shook Domino and Kaiba suggested (did not expect the other would say yes) that Jounouchi could hang out until it blows over and becomes safer to drive or walk again.

He was in the middle of reading a report when the office door opens. He doesn't immediately acknowledge Jotaro walking through his office and standing directly in front of his desk. He turns the page of the report he's reading before he looks up finally. Sapphire eyes skim the contents that he is holding before locking with the teals.
"And you want me to do...what with this exactly?" He asks.
