It was a question that seemed to come out of nowhere and Azabeth looked down at Danny as they walked down the street. “No,” they said honestly before shrugging. “You’re trying to survive, just as I am. Besides, joining with Mothra has given me something that I didn’t think I would ever truly have - a family. Even if one of you I wish to take the neck of and snap it on a daily basis.”

The demon knew when someone didn't belong in the vessel they showed to the world and the moment that she laid eyes on Danny, Azabeth's lips twitched into a smirk. At first, they said nothing, merely watched from a comfortable distance until finally, she approached the other, sitting down next to him. They didn't know exactly who or what he was but it didn't matter. He was different and that always drew Azabeth towards another being. Turning their head towards him, they finally addressed him. "You seem restless, what's troubling you?"
