Cut scenes from my other fic, (Don't) Call Me Maybe, where the 1-A kids get Shouta's number in case of emergencies and use it in many, many other (mostly amusing!) scenarios.

These scenes were cut for any number of reasons, usually elaborated on in the chapter summary!

now that the holidays are over I’m getting back into the swing of writing daily, and I was looking at/organizing my ideas for (Don’t) Call Me Maybe and I realized almost every chapter idea I have falls into one (or more) of the following categories:

• Aizawa Being a Bro (TM)

-Everything from your homeroom teacher holding your hair back as you puke so you don’t ruin your french braid to calling him at two AM to bail you out of your holding cell for... reasons. 

• Dad-Zawa

-What it says on the tin. 

• OVERPROTECTIVE Dad-Zawa

-What it says on the tin - normal dad-shenanigans with extra fluff and angst and righteous, ‘don’t-mess-with-my-kid(s)’ fury. 

• Aiz-Uber

-Please don’t forget to tip your driver tonight, thank you. 

• The Shit I Put Up With

-Miscellaneous shenanigans of 1-A dumbassery.

• My Contact In Your Phone Is WHAT

-He’s not amused and you better edit that right now. 

• Misdialed

-The kids accidentally contact him or vice versa without meaning to. It leads to some interesting things. 

•Got Your Back

-A mash-up of ‘Aizawa Being a Bro (TM)’ and ‘Dad-Zawa’

Naturally there are a few that are going to be their own chapter, but there are some excellent ideas for all of these categories and I can’t decide which one to put out next sdlkfjsdlfkjslk

(Don’t) Call Me Maybe

“I’d like to remind you that calling any emergency service - including a hero - is a felony that will prohibit you from obtaining your hero’s license,” Aizawa warned, watching some of the grins be wiped off some of his students’ faces.

His face softened as he looked around at the faces of the problem children who’d weaseled their way into his life over the course of the semester before continuing in a far less harsh tone.

“... That being said, I’m not just a pro hero. As much as I might hate it -” he didn’t - “you’ve all weaseled your way into my day-to-day life, so while I expect you to contact me in case of an emergency, I’m also willing to help if there’s something less severe that you think appropriate to contact me over.”

Huffing, Aizawa picked up his lesson plan for the day, then grabbed an eraser and wiped his cell number from the chalkboard, preparing for the next lesson and hoping against all hope he hadn’t just made a mistake.

OR;

Aizawa gives his cell number out to the problem kids (for emergencies), and might (not) regret it when they contact him about more.
