~Vance headcanons (pt.1)~
-sits on his roof and watches the sunset
-stomps like a bunny when he's angry and will turn away and sulk
-cant cook for the life of him. He burns and makes everything inedible. He is learning to cook, taking lessons from robin, he gets super frustrated at times so he just sits and listens to Robin explain what to do.
-gwen once told him that his ears flush when he lies so he'll subtlety (very obviously) cover his ears when he's lying. The group knows this and know immediately if he's telling the truth or not.
-Vance treats Gwen like his little sister and is super patient with her. She treats Vance like a barbie doll, often putting jewelry on him and styling his hair. Piggytails, ponytails, buns, and sometimes a ponytail on the top or side of his head (all hair styles decorated with multiple colorful hair accessories of course.) Play Jewelry will be everywhere, necklaces, earrings, Bracelets, everything glittery and bright. Vance just sits there and takes it. He trys hard to remain stoic but can't help but smile at her overjoyed look as she shoves him towards the mirror showing off her masterpiece.
-Vance has a super fast metabolism. Everyone just watches as he's hunched over his plate like a prisoner, shoveling food into his mouth like he's been starved multiple days. He will literally eat anything, like i mean ANYTHING, burnt,mushy,bland,overseasoned ect. He'll ask "are u gonna finish that" and then proceed to eat the unwanted food.
-Vance was raised (and still being raised)by a single mother. She does his hair, which Vance loves. He is a total mama's boy.
-he struggles with being affectionate and doesn't know how to express it but he's working on it. He's terrible at hugging, he just stands there stiff. The group has helped him grow more comfortable though. Sometimes he'll reach out and fix their hair or give a small "I missed you".
-Gwen is his soft spot and is uncharacteristically patient with her and never gets angry or annoyed out of fear that he'll scare her.
-has many stuffed animals and has a specific teddy that he throws at the wall when he's had a bad day(he always feels bad after though and apologizes).
-has terrible handwriting that even he struggles to read.
-is super protective of his friends especially Finney. Sometimes he'll be right next to Finney but most of the time he's out of sight following, making sure Finney's safe. Finney in fact knows Vance follows him(Vance isn't as good at hiding as he may think) but doesn't mention it, knowing this is how he cares for people.
