A laugh is caught in her raw throat. There is pain, so much of it, but pain is something Anna has a close personal relationship with. Torture is an old friend, after all. Maybe she’ll die this time and, hell, that’s a small comfort. Especially when dealing with yet another man who thinks his brand of torture is something special.
“What do you think I should do? Bargain? Beg?” Shoulders shrug ever so slightly, pain working down her spine. “I’ve been here before. Well, not here, but I’ve done the torture thing.” There is blood drying on her chin and it itches. “Not gonna be chewing off my leg here, so...where does that leave us?”

just a heads up ... everything you're going to see come out of my queue for the next few weeks will be iconless because it's easier to get the reply out without having to worry about a photo to match up. it might look like less effort but it's what i got to give while things are hectic. especially when i start to tackle the long winded drafts that are standing there ... mocking me endlessly like 'tf you doin' while i get shorter things done to fluff said queue.
i don't know why i do this to myself but if all i have are long replies then i will have no choice but to end my procrastination. i should put up a warning that i am trash in the new pin that i'm gonna make.
