Velvet Room Attendant Akechi BUT:

Akira is in his 40s running Leblanc after inheriting it from Sojiro (maybe he's alive just old and cranky and Akira has taken over)

One of his regulars is a young wildcard, full of life and intense stares which remind him of himself at that age

He ends up confiding in them and teaching them coffee stuff ™

Akira of course doesn't until he sees Akechi fucking Goro, not looking a day over 18, looking around the shop with a curious look

That Goro has silvery platinum hair, piercing yellow eyes and a tacky blue outfit -

He knows that fucking colour scheme and they way he doesn't seem to know basic stuff

The Velvet Room Attendants really get along with their youngest brother

Goro seems happy, even if - according to Igor - He's no longer even human, just retained some basic sense of self and appearance.

Akira after all those years of thinking about what he could have done different and if Akechi was still alive, caught in Shidos conspiracy, gets some closure.

I’m beyond behind in my watch and literally just watched the underwater “kiss” scene. The GROWTH. I cannot wait to see all of the story unfold (outside of the million gifs- the story is still worth watching in full)

god what a time to be caught up to! hell, at that point I wasn't even shipping them beyond "oh this is sorta cute" and "lmao Travis is trolling Laura so hard right now." it's actually everything that happens after the first kiss and all the ups and downs that really drew me in to clown for this ship so hard.

you're right. there's so much more than you'll see in the gifs. hell, the Kiln scene alone is so good and can only really be experienced as part of a whole story. hell, one of my personal favorite examples of how Fjord and Jester interact with each other (the caged devil when you get to it) is something absolutely no one would gif as a fjorester moment. they're just good with each other and support each other in a way that doesn't lean too heavily on each other for growth and there's so many interesting parallels in how they interact with the world that makes them such a good match in my opinion.

I wanted to implement a little of everything in there, I fiddled with it a lot and tbh I still think I could add to it but that’s mostly because I’m the one who drew it lol, I hope you like it! I had a lot of fun messing with filters and things to get the look I wanted
