“What are we even searching for?” Zephyr hissed quietly, getting as close to Lily’s ear as he could in an effort to keep the noise level to the minimum. He knew the basics, they split up to cover more ground, Remus and his friends had a map that showed who was moving around the castle and showed where everything was located, et cetera.
But he was foreign. Even if it wasn’t his first time inside the castle, it didn’t mean he had any idea just where the hell he was going or just what he should be on the lookout for besides absolutely everything. It’s not like he knew where paths led, which floor someone was likely to be on, or anything like that, but goddamn was he going to have a lot of questions.
