What kind of person walks around with a masquerade mask, appearing before people to spout cryptic nonsense before disappearing into the void? No, seriously, this thing looks like something you would find in a store for party supplies. And that was exactly what it’s wearer did... whenever they weren’t looking to cause problems on purpose.

...What are you supposed to look at? It’s just a— hold on a second. It would seem that there were a few strands of hair stuck to it, around the band that keeps the mask attached to the wearer’s head. They appeared to be rather short, looking to be either... a light brown? or perhaps blond? It was rather difficult to tell.

So it would seem that comparing the mask with something you would find at a party supply store was... a little inaccurate. You’re not entirely sure what to compare it to. Perhaps... The mask was made for something other than for being a cryptic nuisance?
Close to the left eye... slot? on the mask, there seemed to be a little compartment hiding a computer chip, one barely the size of a fingernail. Carefully taking it out, you can faintly see what looks like ‘KS’ and then the letter ‘Y’ and some numbers inscribed on the chip.
You have absolutely no idea what that could mean... So you decide to worry about it another day.
...Though, don’t you know someone with the initials ‘KS’? Are they initials? You know someone who’s name starts with a Y too. Perhaps you’re overthinking things.
