Telepathy:

Emmett Frost is a mutant of enormous telepathic ability and has been classified as an "Omega Class Telepath", capable of extraordinary psionic feats including the telepathic standards of: broadcasting and receiving thoughts, mind-control, altering perceptions and memories, psychic shielding, astral projection, brain engram modification, mental sedation, and induction of mental pain via touch. He is able to boost or activate a mutant's powers through accessing their brain's neurological pathways and can communicate across global distances unaided. His abilities have been stated to rival Charles X*vier himself and Emmett is often ranked among the top five telepaths on the planet.

Diamond Form:

Emmett's secondary mutation manifested in the ability to turn his skin, tissue, and organs completely into diamond. In this form, he is translucent and retains mobility and is able to support incredible amounts of weight. Emmett's diamond body is virtually tireless as he does not produce fatigue poisons and has no need for water or food. He is numb to pain, cold, and heat while in this state but his diamond form eradicates his emotions and empathy. Furthermore, in this form he has no need to breathe. Despite the high level of invulnerability his diamond form gives, it can in fact be cracked, broken, or shattered by a material or force stronger than diamond. Another weakness of this is that while Emmett is in his diamond form he can not access his telepathy but is immune to telepathic attacks from others in return.
