The JP adaptation calls them Toki & Hikaru. I think the donghua dub treats them as nicknames, but since the Japanese Live Action seems to take place in Japan I think they're just straight up name changes

#they have no last names in the japanese version either way though haha #early on I was just using their chinese names when talking about this adaptation but the characters are so different from regular LC #(QL especially)#may as well use their dub names haha
