lol inadvertently touched on this in my last answer, but MARLENE. I keep a journal of sh*t my 5-year-old says. It’s actually quite inspiring sometimes.
Also, I’ve thought about a Shera blog. I guess I have a thing for cute assistants...
♣ Is there an author(s) that you look up to with your writing skills?
YES! Before starting to RP, I checked out a number of blogs for insight, and I found myself really inspired by how well Han fleshed out Heidegger (@dogsof-war). Melissa (@stingslikeabee) was also a huge inspiration, being an OC. But honestly, it feels weird to even call out a few people because everyone? Is so talented? Like I swear everywhere I turn y’all are spinning magical threads.
☺ What's a character that you desperately want your muse to play with? Why?
Answered in a previous ask! But as I think about it more, I also want to add Cid Highwind and Shera to that list! Vincent and Yuffie too!
☂ How does your muse spend a rainy day? How do you spend a rainy day?
Let’s be honest - even if it’s raining, Rita’s probably working. Every now and then she’ll spy out the windows to watch it fall, and try not to think about the ways the rain exposes Midgar’s crumbling infrastructure.
Mun, on the other hand, lives in a very dry, hot place that does not get rain often. When it DOES rain, it’s an EVENT. Like, sit outside and marvel at the fact it’s actually raining kind of event. (I LOVE when it actually rains!)
♪♩♫ Does music inspire your muse? What's one song on your playlist that reminds you of your muse?
Rita would say she’s more inspired by art than music, but she does enjoy gentle melodies. She far prefers instrumental music.
Mun is a huge nerd and 1) does not know anything about contemporary music, 2) mostly listens to music from television/video games that is 3) instrumental. So I don’t know there’s any specific track that reminds me of muse. Though, fun fact, the song that plays while Rita and Reeve talk in his office is a slowed down version of Cait Sith’s theme... so probably that?
