I dunno about you but whenever Sam talks about Ruby to others, I get major alura and Kara or Eliza and Kara vibes {I would even edge (hehe) to say that they can be parallels and foreshadowing). Thoughts?

Um, maybe? But honestly, I see a whole lot of those same emotions expressed all the time by other parents I’m friends with in real life re: their kids, so I don’t think "mom having mom feelings” is particularly unusual in this case.

Frankly, I’m just grateful for that time they showed Ruby crashing in Sam’s bed like it’s a normal thing families do, because I have had people make sexualized remarks about this re: my own child and I still want to stab said individuals in the face.

Okay, but real talk: how long was Reign/Sam standing in the living room on Christmas morning just to make that dramatic spin when Ruby finally woke up and came looking for her?

Seeing that post about Ruby and her cool aunts, what happen is Kara is her actual Aunt by DNA (if it still goes similar to the comic)

Interestinggggg... I am curious to see what we’ll eventually find out about Sam & Ruby on that front. (And apparently in 3x07 we’ll see Sam’s mom, or at least the woman who raised her on Earth, so that should be cool!)
