Just read the little scene with Suiren and Maomao where the former asks her about what she thinks of Jinshi because "when he finds something he likes he becomes tunnel-visioned on that one thing" (which btw is always written so well he is So fucking obsessed with Maomao because of how different and refreshing she is from the very start it's Great) and holy sit Maomao is so dense <3 (on purpose and in general both, I could write a whole ass dissection of the layers of her tsundereisms, but the fact that Jinshi's affections for her aren't even a Possibility in her mind is So fucking good, both as social/political characterisation and just as a narrative device for The Drama of it all)
