It was a risk, and possibly not even a good one, but Aurora needed to start making bold strokes if she was going to help any of the organizations gain some ground on the Death Eaters. It was a big risk to take though, bringing other people into the fold. If they were to tell other people and someone else picked up on her truth, if could mean a bad ending for Aurora. A very bad ending.
She trusted Greta and Florence though. One person from each organization that could take her information and, hopefully, put it to good use. Still, that was two people too many knowing Aurora’s secret, but really there was no other way. People needed to know for her plan to work well. So, she’d sent them a note. A date, place and time. No name or extra information. She didn’t know if it would convince them to come, but it was the best she could do.
The clock struck 8pm and Aurora sat at a table in the back corner of some Chinese restaurant. When both women show up, albeit a little after 8pm, Aurora was happily surprised to see them there. “Thank you for coming. We have a lot to talk about, mainly you need to listen to what I have to say, but I have a feeling you will find my information invaluable. The first thing you need to know is my engagement is a sham, in some ways at least, and if you repeat to anyone what I tell you today, even those in the Order,” she looked at Greta, “or Aversio” she looked at Florence, “I will not hesitate to wipe your memory or kill you. Is that understood?”
