Zane hated this whole entire thing. It was hopefully something they had hoped to avoid altogether by any means necessary but here they were, sitting outside their home and waiting for their wife to arrive. This was going to be a disaster and they knew it already. Especially when it came to having children. What if they didn’t even get along with one another?
Seeing the car pull up, Zane sucked in a deep breath and stood, walking out to help with her bags since they may not like this situation but maybe she was feeling the same way that they were. Once the door opened, they gave a weak smile. “Welcome home.”
And please don’t hate me right off the bat, they thought to themselves.
