Well aside from the Obvious 'Fukuzawa found her and recruited her' I think she was actually FOUND by Fukuzawa when she walked past with a tree over her shoulders! And you know that's an odd sight to see a child carrying a tree with ease. Of course she's gonna be friendly with Fukuzawa when she first meets him, this IS Kenji we're talking about....
She absolutely was all over going to the city but she had to ask her parents for permission, they approved only because it would help get Kenji's ability under control (I do HC when Kenji is older she goes back home to help everyone,,,)
Overall it's...pretty BASIC from what everyone else had to go through to get into the ADA- I don't have any headcanons on her entrance exam but know she had to apologize to several people for scaring them KKGDKSJFGLKJSFJDG
