jemma found out how badly she wanted a rose arch in the garden when she and roxy went shopping and she started crying when she saw it. needless to say, they bought it. when jemma leaves shield, she discovers her love of gardening. roxy takes care of the animals on the farm while jemma takes care of the fruit and vegetables they grow for themselves, as well as a fantastically pretty aesthetic garden, full of bright colourful flowers that specifically attract bees.
