003. the best way to interact with me on this blog is to send me memes. plotted dynamics always take priority. i have the most muse for those, and i love the things i've built with my friends around me. and our thousand and one different plots. i am always open to plotting out new dynamics and figuring out stuff with you, so never hesitate to come yell at me. and for muses who are closed ship, i am always open to platonic things. small psa that yes, all of my males are heterosexual. and that is only because I am a female and have zero experience in writing m/m ships. so I am only comfortable with writing m/f and f/f. speaking of males, if you come strictly to interact with them, chances are, i'll be less inclined to reply to our things. it's no offense but my muse for my females are higher than them. basically, if you can't accept my females then you're not getting my males. sorry not sorry!
004. i don't collect followers. i like a small, but active following around me. interactions doesn't need to be only in character. the out of character interactions are equally important to me. and sometimes the main thing i vibe off the most. you can go six months not replying, as long as i see some effort out of character. that said, i liberally curate my own dash, if the vibes aren't matching, or i see something i find problematic or troublesome for me, i will hardblock. sometimes people just don't mesh and that's okay. and i hope you do the same to stay comfortable too. please reblog from the source and not me. i'm not around 24/7 and i'd like to have a clean activity that is just for my threads and likes. that way, i'm not missing replies. formatting wise , I don't care what you use or do. just please, cut your post. and don't use those huge gifs. when it comes to my own formatting, it differs. some muses have gifs, some don't. for the most part, I use icon banners. or I go icon less. #rules ; in my attempt to move to a fully dash-only blog, I've decided to make these a post rather than a link to a page that cannot be accessed. I didn't make any notable additions and only reworded some things, but feel free to revisit them if you have any questions!
I apologize in advance, but Keith is the main muse of this blog, and his activity and anything related to him will be drastically higher than that of any other muse. If you’re not very interested in him as a character, following me might be annoying.
i. This is a selective and private multi-muse roleplay blog affiliated with @stellafuga. I have been writing Keith since June 2016 (previously on @/bladechosen), and picked up most of my other muses between 2017 and early 2020. I am mainly here to write with mutuals; unfortunately, I work a high-stress full-time job that saps up most of my energy and time, so I have to limit my interactions accordingly. Also, I am a tired adult; I will only follow adult muns, and minors will be blocked on sight.
ii. This blog is mostly canon-compliant for content found in VLD s1 through s6, and highly canon-divergent for anything pre-s1 and post-s6. I refuse to acknowledge most of what happened in s8 because it was an awful, incoherent season and every single character (and fan) deserved better than what they got; I have a post-s8 verse where Allura lives and the aftermath of the war is addressed. Additionally, I have extensive Galaxy Garrison worldbuilding and headcanons in place (all loosely based on my own experience with the military) that erase the existence of child soldiers because that is not something I’m comfortable with. In any case where I write the human muses in a pre-canon Garrison verse, they will be at least old enough to attend college.
iii. If we are mutuals, I would love it for you to fill out my interest checker to give me an idea of what muses you are interested in interacting with and what seasons (to include my fix-it and post-canon verses) you are open to writing in. You are also welcome to like starter calls, reply to any opens, send sentence starters, turn asks to threads, drop into my inbox unprompted, or tag me in anything (random starters, aesthetic posts, fanart, etc.) When you do that, please specify the muse that you would like to interact with; otherwise, you will get Keith or no answer. If you wish to break mutuals at any point, please soft-block me so I don’t accidentally interact and make things awkward for both of us. If you decide we should part ways, you never have to explain yourself to me; while I might miss you, you have the right to curate your space, and I won’t hold it against you. I expect the same courtesy if our roles are reversed.
iv. I prefer para- and multi-paragraph threads, though one-liners are cool for dash commentary and banter between muses. I’ve been known to write novella-length replies, but they tend to exhaust me, so I don’t often write anything that long unless the inspiration hits me just right. Overall, I don’t require length-matching from any of my writing partners; I just need enough material to move the thread forward on my end.
v. Due to the inherent nature of the VLD universe, this blog will contain heavy themes, including violence, death, implications of torture, and other war-related themes. I will not write extremely graphic violence or gore, as I’m not comfortable doing so. Suggestive themes and content might be present, but will be kept to a minimum. Anything explicit will be placed under a Read More and tagged #nsft.
vi. I’m open to writing all sorts of ships with my muses, though everything will be based on chemistry, including the platonic ships. Since I tend to get extremely attached, I’m cautious and highly selective with romantic ships. All muses are open for romantic shipping except for Keith, who is single-ship with stellafuga's Shiro.
Zeta and I are both returning VLD veterans who had over two years’ worth of joint pre-Kerberos backstory and an established romantic relationship with our characters by the time canon revealed Shiro and Keith’s past, so we do not acknowledge canon as our timeline and have extensive divergences in place. The divergences post is organized by season and documents how Keith and Shiro's relationship progressed as we wrote them in parallel with the show's release. We affectionately refer to our universe as the stellaverse, and that is the main universe or 'parallel reality' for this blog.
That being said, if your muse develops an unrequited crush on Keith, or just finds him attractive, I’m absolutely fine playing with that! Keith is very good-looking and also sort of oblivious to that sort of attention most of the time, so odds are he won't notice unless your muse broadcasts it on a billboard sign. Your muse might also get teased by some of my others for falling victim to the Keith Effect.
vii. I will not tolerate any abhorrent behavior such as racism, ableism, queerphobia, or any other sort of bigoted conduct. I do not support pro-shipping behavior (incest, pedophilia, etc.), nor do I support the anti-shipping behavior I observed during my vld fandom days, which involved harassing others, doxxing, sending death threats, and turning a blind eye to problematic content when it suited them.
viii. Please be respectful of my portrayals and worldbuilding. If we are writing partners, you are welcome to apply my worldbuilding to your own portrayals as long as you credit me and don’t pass it off as your own. Don’t godmod, don’t severely hurt or kill any of my characters without discussing it with me first. Don’t force any ships or headcanons on me. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Above all, be kind.

This space is for original character Corvus Maxim DeVille, a villain in most every aspect who delves into themes of crime, horror, madness and various gothic mediums with a dash of Eldritch horror from time to time. This blog is private & highly selective for my personal comfort as I have been in the rp scene for a while and like to curate my space safely. We all have experiences that aren't so great so this is a reason why this character is on the private side. Blog is rated 21+ for dark content.
